Computer Wattage

Does anyone know how many watts a standard 20 GB computer tower draws, approximately?
Same question for a standard 14" computer monitor?

Monitor i'm not to sure of
but the tower would range from 200w to 350w

unless it is a high perf machine, then you can look at 400w to 600w
