Help with search feature

Is there a special way to use the search feature? Every time I type in a search it gives me everysingle post pretty much. I was doing a search for past posts on the glass vs acrylic, and I get 1600 finds. And nothing to do with what I want. How can I narrow the search down? Thanks

When you typed 'glass vs acrylic' without the quotes, it searches for everything that matches any one of the words, unless you click on the radio button that says search for all terms. However, there is no such term as 'glass vs acrylic' on any of the threads.

You can try searching 'glass AND acrylic' and it'd return you threads that contain both terms.
