Hi Guys,

I have a canopy (ghetto style) that I have been using on my system for the last 8 months.

The lights inside consist of 3 separate 150 watt HQI (double ended) metal halide bulbs and 2 URI VHO actinics.

The middle bulb has seen no more than 9 months of use. The other two bulbs have not been used and have seen no more than a month each. All three 150watt HQI's are Ushio 10000K. There is an electronic timer that goes with these halides. The reflector is just a basic industrial white reflector.

The two VHO uri actinics are underpowered but look nice and are run by a High output electronin ballast. There is a timer attached to this ballast.

Here are several pictures that I have taken of the tank with the lights and parts. This setup was my first reef tank and has been Ghetto style for the last 8 months as well. I'll be upgrading soon, that's the reason for the sale. I have been using glass on top of the tank to shield the UV, you'll need you're own UV shield. There is no quick disconnect on these lights.

These lights are extremely bright and the actinics help to bring out the fluorescents in the livestock.

This sale will need to go locally (EDMONTON, Millwoods) or pickup. First one with cash takes the lights. Please PM me and I'll give you my Ph # there. I would like to sell these this Saturday morning, May 7).

Asking price $240.00, I'm throwing in the actinics as they are not powered by a VHO ballast just a HO (high output) ballast.

Brad
