Anyone know where to find extruded aluminum enclosures in Edmonton? I'm looking to put 2 M58's inside. Any online options?

Thanks

I can custom make some aluminum enclosures to exact dimensions with some of my leftover aluminum from work. $15 and it's done. It would be basically a box with a screw on lid. I've made a couple before, I believe Edmonton Eskimo has one of the ones I made housing a 150 watt hqi ballast.

btw, welcome to the board.

Hey thanks for the welcome and ideas. That tool box one might actually work well for me if I can't find the type I'm looking for.

KrazyKuch, that'd be great if you have pics of the ones your building, when you have them all done.

I'm looking specifically for the finned heat sink type boxes. Like the ones JL sells. Is that the type that you make?

You could also go to HomeDepot, look in the electricle isle. They have 2 different size boxes. I don't think I have a picture anymore... they are around $20 for the small and $30 for the big one.

thats what I used, but don't put the lid on when your running a couple ballast in one unless you make some nice ventalation holes.
