Who sells Aqua-Medic oceanlight pendants in Calgary? Who carries them in Canada on-line?

Thanks

Do you mean Aqua Medic oceanlight fixtures (not pendant)? Wai's sells them I have a 175 watt system I could sell you if that helps.

The only Canadian site that I found that has a fixture remotely similar to that is over at Reefsolutions.

Please keep us informed if you do find a Canadian dealer, I'd love to get my hands on one or two of those units.

I believe Aquarium Illusions in Edmonton carries them if you ever make your way up here.

I'm contemplating ordering from Premium Aquatics from the US. I'm just worried about any brokerage fee's, etc. Has anyone had any experience with Premium Aquatics?

Premium Aquatics is excellent. I have bought almost all my lighting from them. I have always had my stuff shipped by the US Post office, so no brokerage. Just the GST and the $5.00 handling charge. The problem recently has been that the USPS (like all the other ripoff artists), has dramatically increased shipping rates. For example the last pendant I bought cost $25.00US to mail.

Like I said those shipping prices have effectively taken them out of the market.

Perhaps it would be most economical if a group buy was arranged from Premium Aquatics.

I just received my 250W DE Pendant (Sunlight Supply ROIII), 250W EVC Electronic Ballast, runs DE or Single ended, and a 14K DE EVC Bulb, I ordered from Ocean Encounters in New Jersey, there a sponsor on Reef Central, heard good things about them & they ship alot to Eastern Canada.

Anyhow hey were more than accomodating to ship USPS, if I can recall, shipping was around 35 bucks, anyhow, by now your probably wondering what the total cost was, approx $350 Canadian including shipping, the EVC ballast came out with very good results when compared to Ice Cap, etc, in the test that Sanjay Joshi ran.

Ballast has a 2 year warranty, took 10 business days to get here, anything else?
