I think it will be nice to have a local buy/sell section. It's such a bummer when you see something you want or a really good deal but it turns out to be far away and the option of shipping is impratical or not there.

No NOt what I am saying at all. Canreef has a great buy/sell section what I'm saying is sometimes is really dissapointing to see something you want but not able to buy due to distance. Whereas with bc aqauria you wouldnt have that problem. Thats all

Call it a dissapointment if you want, but Canreef provides a large amount of possibility for buyers and sellers to hook up with the buy / sell forum.

Maybe look at the users location before reading the post and just avoid reading the ones that are too far away. :smile:

Let clear up one thing here. I never said that canreef or it's buy/sell section were a dissapointment. I think canreef is an awesome site and has definatley helped me out lots. I said it's disapointing not being be able to buy something due to distance. That is in no way the fault of the site nor did I ever implie it was a a fault of the site it's just unfortunate circumstances. Canreef is definatley a great way for reefers round the country to share advice, questions, opinions and a great place to find good deals.


I dont know if I'm not being clear enough with what I'm trying to say. I think canreef has a great buy/sell section. it sucks when you see a post for someting you want but it turns out to be located too far away that has nothing to do with the site. So before people start acting like I'm trying to say bad things about canreef please get ur facts straight.

I also understand how it can be when the deal your waiting for allway's seems to be somewhere else.

dude people are buying and selling things daily on this board that don't live in the same city. i mailed a package to someone in victoria the otherday that bought something off this board.

also from being a long time forum participant from the gaming industry its bad form to pimp another community that offers similar format. if i was a mod here i would have deleted these threads and sent a warning off.
