Is it the price that I am not getting any replies, or is it that no one wants a second-hand tank?

Cheers,
jeanna

GUARD: Well, I'll ask him, but I don't think he'll be very keen... Uh, he's already got one, you see?
ARTHUR: What?
GALAHAD: He says they've already got one!
ARTHUR: Are you sure he's got one?
GUARD: Oh, yes, it's very nice-a (I told him we already got one!) <font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">:D AJ

I think the price is fine and lots of people purchase second hand tanks. I just don't think anyone needs one (see AJ's colourful post). Just keep returning it to page one, it will catch someone's eye sooner or later.

Jeanna, you can also put a free ad in the Island bargain finder paper. Your price is fine.

Yeah and if I hadn't just started my tank again I would have snapped that up in an instant! What a great deal!

If you lived on the mainland and poste this up a month ago I would have jumped all over it! I even posted on this board that I wanted a used 90gal tank. I couldn't find any so I went for the next best thing...a used 120gal :D

The price you're asking is about right for the 90gal.

Thanks all.
My husband decided to go with the external overflow and is NOT going to get the tank drilled. Hopefully we don't have a flood. τΏτ

Jeanna, isn't the cost of the external overflow very close to having your tank done?

Actually not even close, Brad. Both my husband & I spoke to Wayne on separate occasions and he doesn't really want to drill an old tank. If we got the bottom glass replaced & drilled, it would've cost several hundred dollars. He spent just under a hundred for the external overflow. If we decide to upgrade to a larger tank, then we will order one already drilled.

Rule #1 with SeaStar...never talk to Wayne. He likes money way too much
