What is the opinion of the masses on the combo filter/skimmer. I was looking at the one from Paul's Aquarium, here's the link.

Do you guy's think this is ok or a waste of money?

It looks as cheap as this Jebo skimmer I bought out of the US. Do yourself a favour and get a good one  just my 2 cents

The CPR Bak Pak is a good skimmer, but for a smaller size tank. I ran a couple of them back in the mid 90,s.

Many aquarists have made mods to them, by adding airstones and the such, to improve skimming.

You never mentioned what size tank it was for.

Forget the whole thing. I was going to do a 50g but decided on a 135 wood tank. I'll buy a real skimmer and make a sump. Thanks for your opinions.

way to go, with the big tank. im sure you wont regret it. don't wast your time on a cheap skimmer.

I e-mailed Acryliccity for a price on a skimmer. What is the differance between a 4" and 6" tube skimmer? The price differance is $65. Any opinions?
