I'm looking for a tank setup in the next few weeks`. I will need LR eventually. How much do you need. Perhaps we can buy a whole lot at JL together to make it cheaper.

Might be a few weeks still until im ready.

I'm selling aboout 130+ Lbs for a friend. Mostly Bali rock( all cured ) with some other stuff mixed in. My friend left it in his tank for a month or so with the power heads and heater running but never turned on the lights so the rock at the moment is a little pale looking but there is colour . It doesn't look like the regular boulder type Fiji stuff that is mostly available. This came out of a 6' 125 gal tank and it filled the back wall for the most part.

Most pieces are about 6-8 lbs with great shapes and sizes. This rock was weighed tonight and after alot of work is now sitting in my house in buckets with new water and power heads etc. Needless to say my wife isn't very happy with me right now as I have my own rock all over the place ( trying to get my 120gal going ) so adding more buckets etc was not a the best thing I could have done tonight. Oh well.

Anyhow my buddy would like $3.00 per lb. He would like to sell this in one shot and I don't need a house full of people picking through some rock  , so pls let me know if this is good for you?

Cheers

What is Bali rock compared too? Fiji, tonga, marshall island?
Does it have ledges and caves to build with?

I just got a tank, and in the process of setting it up. wont be ready for another week probably. But I would probably be interested too.

p.s. I know all about the wife thing. I had rock sitting in my kitchen for 5 months in a tub with heater and PH. what really ****ed her off was the couple weeks i had the couchs stacked on top of each other in the downstairs living room wile i was moving tanks. She must love me SOOOOO much :)

Hi all,

Bali looks like tonga from what I can tell. Not too porous but kind of light weight with interesting shapes . There are a couple of flat pcs for caves etc..There are several small pcs with the average about 6-8 lbs and lots of 3lb ones.

I will try to get this all figured out soon folks so pls bare with me.

I will post again soon.

Cheers
