Need help to ID two corals

I realize these are common corals, but as I am going to close down my tank, I would like to know what these corals are. And maybe how much I should ask for them?

1st one is a toadstoool leather coral.

15-30 bucks.

Second is GSP (Green Star Polyps) and probably 15-50 depending on size of frag.

Thank you very much - I thought the one was called Green Star Polyp, but I had completely forgotten the name of the other one.

Is there any particular size of GSP frag that is ideal?

A frag or rock the size of your fist. Depending on colour.

Pale: 20$ fist size or 5in x 5in (as in ur pic)
Bright green: 35$ same size. (Toxic green)
