Iconix (previously Corix) waterworks in Coquitlam should have that.

Agreed
But before driving out to Coq, try Pro Source 2345 Douglas Rd Unit A, Burnaby
West across the parking lot from the Habitat Restore

Hope I wasn't too late to reply

I bought pvc from them a few months ago. I chose to pick up in Coquitlam at his place. Easy to deal with. Only carries schedule 80 pvc which has thicker walls than the schedule 40 pvc. Prices were very good as well, I found.

Yep, definitely an easy to deal with guy with cheaper prices.
I just wish he'd carry furniture grade pipes in various colours as well. Oh well.

Just an update, my local HomeDepot in BBY was out of pipe, so I went to Iconix for some 1" and 3/4" pvc pipe and a few misc parts and glue. After paying I got in my car and my butt hurt. The prices are bad.

Should've just went to the Homedepot in Coquitlam which was a few minutes closer too!

Hopes this helps someone save a few bucks.

Corix in Coquitlam used to be the least expensive place for me - sometimes even half price vs others.
I gather it's now Iconix
When shopping there, I ask for a Landscaper/Installer discount.
Was the least expensive locally for me ... especially vs the big box stores.

Surprised to hear you thought it was expensive, but maybe you paid retail.

Don't forget about Pro Source I told you about on Douglas Road in Bby. We spoke about them last fall.
They give discounts if you ask for it.

100% I will check out Pro Source next time! I like to shop local too, so I hope they are good. I forgot about your suggestion and only found my thread here after I wanted to complain about Corix lol.

Yah I must really look out of place at Iconix(previously Corix) because after you said it's least expensive for you locally I thought maybe I made a mistake, so I searched up a few items at Homedepot to compare and well let me tell you I paid 40-50% more.
Homedepot 1" plug $1.65 vs $3.07 at Iconix
Homedepot 1" PVC .50/ft vs .75/ft at Iconix
Homedepot 3/4" PVC .37/ft vs .57/ft at Iconix

I feel kinda embarrassed that I got hosed like that as I'm usually a very good comparison shopper, but I really couldn't compare as I was grabbing items because Iconix doesn't put prices up on their shelves.

I will never shop there again, nor would I recommend anyone go there.

I guess the change of hands changed their price structuring.
Too bad as they used to be the least expensive I could find.

Fabco in surrey is reasonable and usually have everything we are needing in our hobby just not the bulkheads they too big and heavy duty but everything else and sizes
