Many LFSs carry Reef Nutrition products and can order the type that works best for you. You can then set up culture containers to culture your own supply.
I use sterilite containers ( https://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/type-a-clarity-container-15-l-0424277p.html ) to culture my own and use live phyto and greenwater made from spirulina powder to feed them with open ended airline to provide some aeration and culture water movement.
I buy my artemia cysts from Brine Shrimp Direct and grow out the nauplii to adult stage. http://www.angelfire.com/ab/rayjay/brineshrimp.html
