DO Chillers need to be refilled and if so where do we get that done?

I'd open it up and see if there's a fill port. If yes, then call a mechanic that can recharge auto a/c... like Port Moody Auto And Air Conditioning.

Here is what I think is the intake port, does that look like it can be refilled?

That looks like a connection that my fridge has. I don't really know how they fill that. But I assume by the way they have that connection, they fill the system with the appropriate fluid, then crimp the pipe and solder it closed.
If it had the automotive connections, I could fill it, but alas, it does not.

That's too bad, all the other components work but it needs a refill

Doesn't look like a fill port I've seen. It should be a quick disconnect fitting. I'd add a pic but I'm on my phone.

Not every thing has an R 134a fill port
Here is how to add refrigerant to a refrigerator.
I believe your setup is the same.

I put the above link in my address bar at it worked fine

Seems like a bit of work, I wanted to sell it if it was running because I don't have a need for a chiller anymore. And this model new was over $800. I guess I have to do some calls to see if I can get it serviced

Or try to sell it as is for really cheap
