Perhaps it is. lol.

My "Rose" mother has been with me for years... all the BTAs back in the day were either Green or the sought after and costly Roses. This is one of those Roses from around 15yrs ago.

What makes a Rose a Rose?

Anyhow, this specimen is spoken for.
