Need some advice on this coral

Hey guys
I woke up this morning and noticed that this coral was completely messed up.

Can someone tell me what caused this to happen?


Any in site would be greatly appreciated.

Looks to be brown jelly disease.

took it out of the tank. i can still see one head some what being there but i'm too afraid to put it back into the tank after i read the internet about that.. i Just hope none of my other LPS will get it. Especially my elegance coral. that would **** me off

You did the right thing taking it out dying euphillia can cause major problems in a tank
