Hanna Phosphate ULR Checker HI774

Does anyone know why it seems that the Hanna Phosphate ULR Checker HI774 (https://www.hannainst.com/phosphate-ultra-low-range-colorimeter-checkerr-hc-hi774.html) seems to be tough to find now (in Canada)? Is it being phased out? I was going to get one, but if there is a change coming, I may hold off. Anyone have any useful info on this? Should I be concerned, or just a supply hiccup? Seems many Cdn online places don't even have it listed.

I prefer the Hanna HI736 ULR Phosphorus (https://www.hannainst.com/hi736-phosphorus-ulr.html) unit

When using the Hanna Phosphorus to Phosphate conversion chart (https://www.reef2reef.com/attachments/phosphorus-to-phosphate-conversion-table-final-png.739976/) the 736 gives the equivalent of the 774 with a third decimal place
