How well do those toadstools take off? I'm rebuilding after a massive die-off and need stuff that will grow fast and is pretty hardy.

Growth rate is dependent on nutrient level in tank and the amount of light it receives. The "dirtier" and brighter the quicker it grows. It can go from 2" to 6" in a year.
