Custom fish orders?

Who has had experience with custom orders for fish from vendors in Vancouver?

I want a Doliatus Rabbitfish (Siganus doliatus), and I've never seen one available in a store or online.

The two places I've tried so far have not responded to my request to get this fish ordered in.

Has anyone had any luck getting stores to bring in fish by request?

I know somebody got him to special order in 2 sharks earlier in the year & I think on the last Australian shipment he got in he couriered a large Angel to someone in Victoria, so shipping it up to you shouldn't be too big a deal. Easiest to get a hold of him in the afternoon.
