damn algae

hey guys , i have got this algae problem on my glass , what little critters can i put in there to keep this under control better. i already have a turbo snail and about 7 others working clean up but it just keeps coming back quickly.

Water changes with RO water? Less food? A skimmer? Lots of ways to deal with it.

If it is a new tank it is expected, it will go away. Well hopefully :lol:
