Looking for set up services with new gen apex and dose

I just can't seem to figure this out. I've been bouncing from page to page and working 16hr days. Looking for help stating up system to use and learn by hands on.
Not sure is their is ppl who do this.

Call Apex Support....if it's under warranty they generally will log into your PC and help you.
