I have always had the regular green algae on the glass that would need scraping....

I started to does redsea NoxPOX a while ago,,, and recentley I switched the SPS AB+ schedule on my radions....

recentley I noticed I don't get the green algae anymore...
I get a white film that is easily scraped off..

SPS are fine,,, LPS aren't as bubbly as they usually are...

Is this and indication that I am starving my tank of soemthing ???

Nitrates are 5,, Phosphate 0.1
alk 8.3-8.6
cal love 400s
mag mid 1300

The white film is probably a bacteria film from dosing NOPOX. It doesn't seem to hurt anything.

Would this be similar to the alk or cal precipitate?

Alk and ca precipitation would make your water cloudy in the coloumn like haze or fog, then it would settle on the bottom like malm. The film on the glass definitely sounds like bacteria.

bacteria. I don't think you are starving your tank as your No3 and Po3 are presence.
