WTB cube tank

Would like it smaller around 30 gallons but can go in either direction for size.

I will have an Oceanic 37G cube and stand for sale in about a month from now for $250.

I'm really lookin for one smaller then 30gallons or 30 at the most, 37 wont fit where i need it to go.
