Nope!
Wouldn't pay more than $100 or so.
Sooooooo over hyped
Don't see the attraction
To each his own I guess.

10g ? Hell no that is getting a bit stupid ,unless the only way to get the shroom would be putting your life on the line for cellection then I see no reason way that would be $10,000

I wouldn't spend that much, but I suppose those who do have lots of money to spend, so for them it might be money well spent.

20-30 is about my maximum for live stock.

If I had the cash I'd spend $10k on a few select fish, but not a coral. Expensive fish come from way deep (usually) and people die collecting them so I can justify the cost. Corals are shallow so I can't justify $10k.

(...and mushrooms - I'm just not a fan)

I'd pay $100 for a Bounce mushroom, but that's only because I know I could sell it and make big dough.

After some searching I found and confirmed 4 of these have been sold in Canada 1 in Halifax 1 in Toronto 2 in the Lower mainland

Not sure if they were bought here in Canada or imported but holy Hanna the shipping and handling alone would be a nightmare

On a softie? ????? Take the "L" out of play.....and the "F" out of way.........I don't think I would even consider a sticker that high for an SPS.

There are more than that. I'm pretty sure there were/are two in Saskatoon alone. The shipping ain't bad - you don't need any permits or anything for softies so it's pretty straight forward.

That's relative to each individual. I respect the person who is willing to spend that much on a coral. I personally wouldn't but that's only because I do have budgets. My wife wouldn't spend $30 on corals.

To each their own.
