Vertex RODI help

Ive had the Vertex Puratek Deluxe RODI 100 GPD for about a year now and in the last few days I have gone from 100PSI to 0. After about 30 seconds the pressure builds to about 10 PSI and I basically get RODI water by the drop. I have tried changing out all the cartridges including the membrane but nothing worked. Need RODI water soon. Any ideas?

I would check every hose connection. Take the 1/4" hoses off one by one and blow through them to ensure they are clear, this includes the waste line. Also, check your supply line connected to the water supply. That could have lime scale build up depending where you live. The solinoid could also be stuck closed. Good luck.
