I have a client shutting down his tank. You will be dealing with him, not me. Fish are located in Saskatoon.

About 3" Gem Tang (Zebrasoma gemmatum)
About 5" Sunrise Hogfish (Bodianus sanguineus)
About 4" Claire's Wrasse (Cirrhilabrus claire)
About 2" Pelicier's Perchlet (Plectranthias pelicieri)

I can bend the rules just like everyone else! :p

These aren't the types of fish that usually have pricing advertised. Except maybe the Gem.

I was talking to House of Fins last month and they had a pair for $14,000 USD... So if you want a bit of a guideline :D

Regardless of how expensive they are, she should have to post a price just like everyone else. Wasn't there also something about posting for "other people"...

She posted a price. Not far off either, by the looks of it. Ya, we ask that you don't make a habit of posting for other people. In the history of ever, we haven't nagged about it. Now isn't a good time to start, IMO.

lol! No, just kidding. With that kind of money, I'd just live somewhere I could swim with these fish :)

Umm shouldn't you lead by example? There is another thread on here with people expressing their frustrations.
I'm sure everyone else is just as curious as myself on what the expected price is.

The expected price is $10,000 ea, obo. Not sure how that got missed. Nor do we need any comments of who paid what somewheres else, in this thread or any others, regardless of who the OP is. Now Albert is a good guy, anyone who has dealt with him knows this, and I'm sure he is just trying to be helpful. I'm not coming down on him. If you feel the need to make such comments, please use PM's people.

Since this thread is already a little off topic...

I'm a long time forum member & a long time hobbyist...

In regards to comments on threads regarding pricing and past prices, going prices, retail prices and deals...

I actually like the feedback, it helps everyone make a more informed decision on purchases. I think they are actually helpful. As long as comments are not bashing anyone.

Just my 2 cents.

For most these fish are out of reach, but for some it's just another day at the fish store. Hope these fish find a good home!

Agreed, HELPFUL and positive comments are usually welcome. Other comments, not so much. In this case, these are rare and hard to find fish, that don't really have an exact price, more of a current market price kind of thing. I think pricing posted is in line with the items for sale.

The links I posted in the first post that go to Reef Builders do mention some pricing if all you want to do is feed the curiosity. A simple Google search will come up with some pricing too. :)

There was a higher offer refused already. :)

Interestingly, I've been wondering to myself if the Gem is actually a Scopas x Gem hybrid because he doesn't look like a typical Gem. I am taking some pics tomorrow and am posting them to some peep who can confirm/deny. This would be an interesting twist and make the fish worth about double what a typical Gem goes for.

The last (and only 2nd confirmed in the US) Scopas x Gem went for USD$4500. Don't pay with a credit card...have you seen the rates??? Ugh...
