Hello everyone! Just wanted to share some stuff from Reefapalooza. I wasn't able to take a lot of pics during the event due to my booth engagements, but here's what I have:
Hallway before it started getting nuts

I forget who this vendor was, but they had a wonderfully organized table

Seaside Tropical of Huntington Beach brought hundreds of fish to the show

Real Reef had a very unique, high contrast display

Might not be everyone's cup of tea, but I was very impressed with the quality of the faux reef ornaments

My phone sucks, so I wasn't able to do this tank justice, but it was really quite a show stopper IRL

Working as advertised?

Working as advertised?
Not just working as advertised, they're actually better than their liquid analogues. My dealers are all raving about them. The maintenance guys running them are seeing major improvements in their display tanks. One of the stores in WA had to "install a drool bucket in front of his display" after a week of use.
But there's a cavaet; if your Corals aren't already nice, no product is going to fix that. It would be like taking multivitamins to fix obesity....

Haha, that last part is definitely true. Which elements are getting the most attention? Don't tell me all of them.

Hey Albert, if a guy was running a mainly zoa tank, what would you recommend he use?

B-balance, K-balance and Amino Acid tabs are the most commonly employed tabs.
For Zoas, AA' tabs should do that job.
OOooo! I've been out of the loop. Solid dosing ! Dump a few tabs into my tank and I'm done?! Where do I sign up ???

Thanks! I'm definitely curious.

Where does one buy these tablets of sorcery? And does it equate to a version dosing for dummies.? If so sign me up, I'm not into the techie side this hobby.

Stop using cheap salt Mr P!
In all seriousness tho, B and K balance for an sps dominant tank? And the k balance is like the bottle where it maintains your k level and does not raise it correct?

it's only cheap before it was on sale!!
but seriously, 11 bucket will last me awhile.
Each element will only improve your tank if you currently have a deficiency. If you're already dosing these elements though, it could make life easier. :)

Yah, I thought it was a really psychedelic-looking bubble coral until I got closer to it. I didn't bother taking pictures of any livestock; all the vendors were using Kessils with the blues cranked and not much else. It was actinic city over there. Definitely a no fly zone for camera phones, unfortunately.

We like to call it the Windex look. :D You're not at a reef show if you're not getting the full Windex meal deal.
