FS - Live Rock - Need gone today - (Burnaby)

I have 20-25 lbs +/- of live rock I'm looking to unload today. There are various looking pieces (likely Figi or Tonga) and tons of freebies on them (red monti, bonsai (very small patch), some zoos, rainbow monti, and probably more). Looking for $40 OBO.
