I'm selling my condo on Sept 1 and have no way to keep my tank going unless I move it twice. That isn't fair to the livestock in my tank and I will probably rebuild a new tank after I move. I am asking a ridiculously low price of $400 for this entire setup (well over $1,000 spent on it over the last 18 months). I am located in Burnaby and will assist with take down and carry it out to your vehicle.
Looking to sell as a whole as I don't have time to piece out.
37 gallon bowfront glass
Tons of test kits, food, additives, treatments etc. (A full cabinet worth)
Magnet clears, scrapers, Hydrometer, Refractometer, nets etc.
Deltec MCE300 Hangon skimmer.
2 x AQ.Pharos LED (both work, but only one power supply)

Coralife Pure-Flo II - 50 gallon per day 4 Stage RO/DI System (needs some parts replaced)
35lbs or so of liverock + 1 inch or so of crushed coral.
Full cleaning crew, hermit crabs and a bunch of snails.
Two regular clowns + 1 blue tang.
Tons of corals (zoos, palys, mushrooms, Acans, Favia, Candycane and some SPS)
