o Friday Started to re-plumb everything
Returns all done, right down to the return pump
Next will be the drain lines under the stand into the sump, then after that doing a water test to ensure it all is sound
Can not wait til this is up and running it has been a long time since I had a SW tank looking forward to it

looking good ,
one thought crossed my mind .
Can you remove your sump with your tank pushed back in that hole ?
If not, then maybe you will want to make that center brace removable. Weird things seem to happen to sumps , and being able to remove, repair or replace without draining your tank and sliding it out of that position would be great.
disregard above if you can get your sump out lol,
keep the updates coming
Nice start. What do you have planned for equipment? That's the important stuff. :D
In my more than 20 years of reef keeping I've yet to need to remove a sump, but I always design it so the sump can be removed. I'm pretty sure if I ever designed it so I couldn't remove the sump Murphy's Law would move in very quickly.

Well for now it is setup they way you see in the pics, No other option other than moving it farther out
if I have to, I have enough storage to drain the tank slide everything forward remove sump, it will be all good :)

o Super Reef Octopus SSS-3000 skimmer added to the system
o 2 Tubes of pellets which have good nitrifing bacteria from Globaldesigns
tank (for the life if me forget what this is called)
These have been running in a rubbermain tub since the move.
Skimmer is skimming like mad already in my system.
next in order is tiding up the power cables (temperarily) Big plan is to move all power cables through the back wall to a new circuit , and a gang of outlets, no cables/power bars will be view of the main tank/sump
Also need to hook up the ATO system, and RODI unit :)

moved most of the power connections into the basement on the wall opposite the tank. Have a few more to move, there will be minimal connections near the tank.
I added 2 13amp breakers and some power plugs there is one box that is messed up has I had to move it slightly and could not get it positioned the way I wanted but it will have to do as i had the wiring done and it was a cramped area, so it will stay as is LOL

Last night and this morning I tinkered with my RODI upgrade (had an aquasafe 100gpd RODI unit, got new filters in for it yesterday, could not get any RO produced, kept dinking around with the flow preventor (what a PITFA) finally got it synced this morning its at about a 3:1 ratio right now
TDS IN : 138-146
TDS OUT: O (without DI TDS is 1)
Now to figure out why the ASV does not stop waste from dumping down the drain, may have to get something else if this does not work

Move the Tunze ATO pump through the wall and into the Basement wher the RO container is. Testing and no issues pumping up bout 4 feet. Pump is only mid way into the RODI Storage container. Seems to work perfectly.
Hmm what is next, move a few more electrical from sump into the basement (if possible)
Things prepped
Pumps removed from storage for Saltwater storage container
1) Pump to get RO into SW Storage
2) Pump toi keep SW storage circulated
3) heated
Things to do:
o Saltwater storage container
o plumb from RODI container to SW container
o need a pump to get new SW to Sump
Future ideas
Plan to plumb a water change line
Plan to plumb for replacing new SW .
