I was on the bed when I heard few popping/cracking sound. I thought my tank just cracked and leaking water..
Ran downstair and checked all tanks ( I have 4 downstairs lol).

Everything was ok.. scratching my head what the hell happened... the next thing I heard was about 10 mins of police car siren.. I checked outside..
this happened

I have never seen this many cop cars(including unmarked). At least 10 policemen with M16 running full speed to the one direction...

Our neighborhood is not the crime area but this F***ing gang thing is getting too close to home.. Literally!!

So the popping and cracking sounds were gun fire? Yikes!

We were sitting outside having a bonfire one evening a couple months ago, and heard a gunshot real close, and then a car screaming away. A guy was shot (in the leg lol) in a new house that was being built. Bad omen for the new home owners I'd say! It happens anywhere - though Saskatoon and Regina fight (literally) for the distingished title of Canada's murder capital.

Sure glad I live in south Surrey no shootings here. It's amazing I can drive 20 minutes north and it's feels like a whole diffrent world.

Actually, it's 10 minutes north from your place to mine (bought some frags from you b4) lol..

Like I said, our neighborhood isn't like the certain part of Surrey.

I just heard that this isn't gang related shooting but domestic dispute. One person died.. sad..

You are right though, you live around 10-15mins from me and it's completely different

I seen a bunch of news crews and some cops just off the side of 64th this morning. Same shooting? Or another one? There's so many who the hell knows what's going on anymore. i gotta get my kids out of Surrey before they turn.

It sickens me to find out that the victim is my daughter's friend's dad... An as**** broke into his house and he was protecting his family ( daughter and wife) before he got shot.........
