BUMP
I am pruning a 5 gallon bucket a week. I hate throwing it in the garbage! Someone must need some Cheato!

A refugium. Good way manage nitrates/phosphates in your aquarium. I have completely stopped using GFO.
Some people (like myself) swear by it. Others hate it. I think that realistically you need a fairly large volume of it to make measurable differences. I have a 55 gallon full, so its quite large.

What type of lights do you have on your refugeum. What size is your aquarium.
Thanks.
