Tanks Bev and Alan

well i moved into my new condo back in june, since then the tank has kinda sat dormant, i guess i'm go'n through a bit of a phaze.
everything is doing ok, and by that i mean the corals and fish seem healthy and happy yet all i'm doing is feeding and topping off.
i wasn't even gonna go to the meet here this month until christy talk me into it, right christy
i guess one of my reasons for the slowdown is that now that my reef is setup in the dinning room, i don't get to pay as much attention to it, as when it was in my bedroom at the old pad. maybe i will start sleeping on the dinning room table

and how's things going with you Al

i do have sea pens in there but there not vissable from this photo, you must be looking at the three types of gorgonians up front.

Well, it looks good. Great gorgs. I'd love to try some like that some day. Are these the photosynthetic variety?

Ahh, those are gorgonains. Yeah, I thought they were Sea Pens. Also, what type of corals are in the 3 pictures posted after your Red Button coral (at least I thing its a Button coral)?

Tank's Tony
the knobby sea rod and corky finger gorgonians are both filter feeders, low to medium light and lot's of current are what they thirve on. everytime i feed the tank these gorg's are as ready as the fish to catch whatever the steady stream of water delivers them.

as for the coral id's well i'm not a sps specialist, the two species after the red donut are a yellow millipora, a green tip acropora and the third is a scroll coral followed by a macro of the green brain.
