This anemone was perfect all day. I turned my lights down and this is what happened

Is this bad? Can someone help?

a load off your mind all my 40ish btas go through same process it takes energy for them to expend or extend their tentacles so that's what they do when your lights are on and when your lights are off their tentacle retract to conserve energy clownfish hosting really mean little to them.
