I just put a pink tip anemone in and hoped my clown pair would go to it and they did, so now my exenia is not getting so beat up.

Pink tip anemone as in Condylactis sp.? It is not a clown fish hosting anemone. More than likely clown fish will not go near a condylactics. But I heard stories of them hosting clown fish in aquariums.

think a lot depends on the clownfish. My clowns used the host in Xenia but won't go near the BTAs
