Well that's different. Most people prefer the bubbles on the tips.

Don't long tentacles mean it's starving and searching for food, and fat bulby tentacles means it's healthy?

BTAs can with or without the bubble tips, for unhealthy more concerned if looking shriveled up or saggy

Marine Aquaria on the south side had one a couple weeks ago. Check with them.

From my experience ( have delt with rbta's for 2+ years, selling 20+ from splitting) they have a mind off their own when it comes to bubbling. Sometimes they do, other times they dont. Does not matter if fed, more light- less light, they decide to bubble when they want, so no guarantee the one that does not when you buy it, will not start to.
I have 6 right now available if you have not found one local.
Just pm me if interested and we can work something out.
