23 gallon fish tank project with coffee table

Hey I'm looking for a new home for a project of mine, I was going to turn a 23 gallon fish tank in to a coffee table, the coffee table is cut out to fit the fish tank just need someone to take on the project since I'm moving. The tank comes with a submersible heater and a filter.
