I recently was viewing the online classifieds and found this RSM130 complete set up (without stand) for $200. Which to me, seems like a steal! So I did what anyone else would do, impulse buy.

Tested and everything is in working order, but I don't know if it's a RSM C-130 or RSM 130D? Is there a way to tell?

It didn't come with any manual? Going off from the picture from Red Sea they both look the same. I'm not very familiar with Red Sea products.

All you have to do is measure the tank and then go on the sed sea website and look up those tanks it should show the specs

Peter. I'm pretty sure that's a 130d. The corners on the glass are rounded?

The pic is of a RSM 130, not 130D. The 130D has a "viewing window' for water level on the left side of the sump in the return chamber area. Also the "D" has a surface skimmer basket vs the 130 that only hase the grate. Not a substantial difference, but if you want the basket, contact Red Sea and they will send you the upgrade kit for $30.

Very nice tank. I have the same one, but have now starting picking up parts and planning a larger tank. This hobby is very addicting, been in for 9 months and already upgrading my tank!

Oh that's great! Thanks for the info.

Since you own this aquarium, don't mind me making you for some q&a haha
