All the stores I phoned (King Ed's, April's etc) don't have them

The last time I got live blackworms, I bought them from Fraser Aquarium. That was about 2-3 years ago.

EDIT: I see they are now called Main Aquarium and moved to Main St.

Contact Charles of Canadian Aquatics, they usually stock them.
