What is your experience with it?

Can you take it apart to clean it?

The 3/4" does not come apart to clean, but the 1" model does. My first 3/4" lasted about 3 years. It got noticeably louder at about the 3 year mark. Shortly after that it seized. I did however have a large gph going through my first one. 900GPH, so that might have shortened the life on it.

I actually really like them. I bought another one for my new nano. Works well if you have the returns on opposing ends.

The only thing I would like is the 1" model, but so far I have only used them on nanos, so the 1" wasnt really feasible. But it would have been nice to have the 3/4" be cleanable.

Even with an occasional vinegar bath I only got about 2 years out of mine before it turned into an expensive T. If you can afford an Oceans Motions they are a much better unit. Only the OM 4 Ways are produced now but there are some used smaller models kicking around.
