I'm guessing the original doser isn't compatible with the doser 2, yes no?

No it is not 100% different product.

So could I have the profilux continue running the doser and then have the new system running independently or do they occupy the same software section in the system?

Hi

You can run the old doser as before but i suggest updating the ProfiLux software and firmware which incorporates many of the new doser features.

You can then purchase the new doser slave model out soon and connect that via PAB port to your ProfiLux then you can access both through the same software.
