Where is Reef Supply Canada

OK a enough is enough, Does anyone know if Reef Supply Canada is still in Business? I put an order in on the 13th never got any kind of follow up. I posted on hear if anyone knew if Nick was around. He posted and said sorry and would get back to in a day, that was 4 days ago. Now I sent a email asking him to cancel order and refund my money and still nothing.

Anyone know what's going on!

Depending how you paid, maybe file a claim with PayPal or your Credit Card?

the same happened for me to..ordered a dc pump on 13 july and still did not received it,emailed to nick asking what happened and nothing,no response..my first order from him went smooth i got the pump on time but now i wait for 2 weeks and who knows how long it will take..

that's a long time.last time when i bought my dc12000 it arrived very fast,5-6 days..so i will wait and see.

3 days later and i have the pump!! appreciate the professional way nick did manage the situation and solved the issue fast.Thanks
