Looks similar to a bristle worm, though the color is a little off. What size is it?

the pic is under a magnafying glass. Its about a quarter inch. I have never seen them before I was up late lastnight catching clownfish fry and seen it flying around the tank . There was about four I caught. Just a little bit worried as i had a scooter blenny for a few months and it starved to death even though there is tons of pods and he was eating mysis. Just hope this was not a reault of him.

Not the ordinary bristle worm, thats for sure.
I had a grey one once, about 4 inches long, but it had a different head than yours.
I vote for bristle worm, just a different type that we do not usually see.
Hard to say whether good or bad
