Does anyone know how to fix a cracked center plastic brace or a 90g or where to get replacement trim?

I'm assuming the center brace is made of black plastic.
Take another piece of plastic, lay on top, covering the crack. Drill 4 holes, 2 on each side. Install 4 plastic screws with plastic nuts. Drill the holes the exact size of the screws. This all assumes you don't have a space between the crack, and the crack is in the middle or at least not against the edge.
Plastic screws are available, here in the lower maineland at HD

yes it's the black plastic center piece. Its only cracked on one side (not all the way through) and in the middle of the brace.

What kid of plastic would I get? should i silicone it down first?

Talk to Concept Aquariums in Calgary. They can probably send you a replacement frame.

Silicone does not stick very well at all to plastic, so you do not want to use that.
Indusrial plastics here would have what you need. I'm not sure where to go where you are

We do have 90g plastic trim. To replace it you would have to primer the plastic first before adding silicone. We can do that for you also. Primer it that is.

I found a pic from Vancouver Reefer that is self explanatory for your center brace. This is what I have been trying to say.

What types of LEDs are being used in the photo provided within your link? Pros/Cons?

I'm trying to figure out what lights I will use after I fix the center brace.

Thise are DIY LEDs. IMO very ugly looking and I wouldn't go with that. I would however recommend you looking into evergrow LEDs from nick at reefsupplycanada.com . I have the IT2060 over my 60G cube and they are way powerful and I love them. They come out of the box ready with all hanging kits and remote. Don't think I would ever switch brands.

I can't comment on LEDs, no experience.

A piece of acrylic from home depot or any plastics store (can probably get free scraps from plastic stores) and just epoxy it. You can fill the crack with crazy glue before you epoxy the other piece on too. If you want to go through the expense of replacing the whole frame you could also try Aquarium Illusions in Edmonton.
