Brine Shrimp Hatching...

Anyone came cross this in-tank brine shrimp hatchery (http://www.petdiscounters.com/aquarium/foods/brine/os_hatcher.html)? I am thinking about getting one.

I saw one in use and I wasn't impressed.. in fact I don't think it worked at all.. but it may have been the operator or a bad batch of eggs
