What are they for?

it converts the analogue variable speed port on an apex to a digital signal (makes it so i can control my ldd drivers with my apex

ive actually been considering picking up a couple lumina 5.1 or 5.2 multichips but for now its going to control 192w of 3 watt leds

the 4up board is just a board to mount the drivers to which isnt going to do me any good if i cant find it... something tells me it got thrown out when i cleaned the van out

Once I get started on the build I'll post up some pics (once I find my ldd board)

I have a few of those exact boards lying around if need more. I could never get them to work properly with my profilux.

How much do you want for them?

Found my 4up board and did some soldering with my new rework station, so much better than my crappy tire soldering iron

how do those ldd drivers mount to the board? Ive been looking at the pre wired style. Are they soldered like normal on the back side?

If you manage to lose your 4-up board again, I have a stack of them here.

They just press into the sockets

Got the same board awhile back when I was planning to custom make my own LED fixture. Now that I've got someone doing it for me since I have no time I handed them the board and will have 4 separate control channels through the Apex on my new fixture being made!

I like your new soldering station. Safe to say its from eBay?

Can it be used to solder SMD devices?

Does it work well? Looking to replace my 25 year old Weller soldering station.

Thx
