Hey guys My skimmer pump is done I'm in need of a new one asap. My pump been having problems since the start but once I get it going it golden till I accident turn it off. Soaked it in vinegar for 2 days and it won't pump unless I take out the intake n spin the rotor with my finger. Now it won't even spin for more than 2 secs and super weak as well. If any1 has a pump laying around that will be appropriate size for my skimmer please msg me right away. Dont want to keep my tank running without skimmer or too long.

Thanks!

Jason

I think the replacement pump for that would be a sedra 5000 or something like that (although it might have a fancy needle impeller). I've got a dolphin pump on mine but they don't make them anymore. You could also try an Eheim 1260.

EuroReef is now Reef Dynamics so you could contact them and find out what pump would be appropriate.

I had a euroreef 180 with an aftermarket modified eheim 1260 that I got from Reefdynamics.

Eheim was $200-$300 but was money well spent compared to the stock pump.
