Has something changed? I think I used to be able to just open Canreef to "active threads" and all the threads would be displayed in chronological order of the last post. I didn't notice anything until I started a thread and it didn't show up in "active threads", just "new posts".

I haven't been that active here lately. Did I miss something, or has it always been that way?

I always just use the "New Posts" fcn.

Same. To be honest, I don't know where the "active posts" button is :)

Shouldn't "new posts" and "active threads" be pretty much the same thing? I mean wouldn't a thread with a new post be active?

BTW this thread is showing up in both, but the thread I started in the buy and sell last night didn't.

Oh, I think the B&S only show up in New Posts, not active. It's an exception we set so that viewing active posts didn't show more sales than discussions.

I thought it might be something like that. How long has it been that way? I'm sure I used to be able to browse B&S along with the other posts.

It a good way to have it, but is it documented somewhere. Now I know when I'm looking to buy some new frags I need to look specifically in the B&S forum.

I think we set that up about a year ago. We did announce it, but it's not written anywhere, I don't think.
