I seen these in action few days ago and thinking to get one for my 25G.

I do not really like 7500k cool whites ( as a algae growers), but please your opinion.

I have 1 over my frag tank and it is great . As far as algae growth goes I have not had a problem with that and in my frag tank I only have a hand full of snails and 2 hermit crabs

I have the IT2060 model (24") and it's a superb light for the money. I have it on a 25g nano and it grows everything from soft corals to sps. The strongest setting I've used is 75% blues and 25% whites and it has no problem keeping everything happy. Controller is very easy to setup and is intuative. You can also custom order to have any color configuration you like. I'd suggest using less whites as they are very bright. It's been running on my system for a year now without any issue, fan is still quite up to this point.
