Some maybe not aware how this works - This is an online meeting, not a venue. You will be sent an invitation that tells you the time and date to log on.

A link will be provided where you download a temporary meeting patch, the system is safe and secure and run by sysco systems.

Once logged on you can either share or choose not to share your webcam. All mics will be muted by the host until the Q&A where you can write in the text box you have a question, when your turn comes your mic will be opened and you can talk directly with TM for all others to hear. This approach stops a complete melt down of multiple people talking and also stops mass back ground noise. if you have any other questions please let us know
