Decided to just part out my edge tank. I have a small peacock mantis that is about 3-4" long. Asking 35$.

Never did say I knew everything, I just thought you'd like to know that what you're trying to sell is in fact not a peacock mantis. Glad to see I helped.
As for the second comment, you'd probably keep calling things the wrong name....but since that's what you bought it as. Has to be true, lfs are never wrong.

First of all, you said it was sold to you as a peacock. No?
At any rate, maybe someone who is buying it does want to know.
Hence the correction, always nice to know what you're buying......

agreed bob im sure who ever buys it would like to know what it is , especially considering peacocks get so large and the G. smithii does not:)

Thanks man thats all that was needed. Dont need some clown spaming my post. Like i said it was purchased as a peacock mantis. I could really care less what it is. Wether its a peacock or not really means nothing to me. Just want it gone either way paid 40$ for it. So 30$ sounds fair

Sounds like smithii are easier to care for, I'd sell it as that :)

Too bad you didn't post this 2 weeks ago, I was over and would have taken it.

Hea pretty shy actually. He comes out a few times a day but if i come anywhere near the tank he goes and hides. If i feed mysis shrimp he comes out regardless though. Really cool lookin shrimp either way. Iv been tempted to put him in my main reef tank but not sure how he would be in there. Only reason im sellig him is cause im getting rid of my nano tank which he lives in.

Maybe this clown does know something after all.
